Founded by the passion of Chef Fanny Aimerito, our establishment offers authentic and quality cuisine, highlighting local and seasonal products.
The chief
Originally from Cassis, Fanny Aimerito embodies generous, sunny cuisine full of character.
Having worked at the Michelin-starred restaurant Une Table au Sud , where she climbed the ladder to the position of sous-chef,
She came to the attention of the general public during her participation in the Top Chef show.
Trained by her mentor Ludovic Turac , Fanny cultivates an authentic and precise cuisine, inspired by Provence, the sea and local produce. Rigor, passion and creativity guide each of her dishes, where technique meets emotion.
Today at the head of La Table de Pont Royal with Thibaud Lacour,
her partner in life as well as at work, she signs a card that reflects her personality: refined, daring and deeply attached to her Mediterranean roots.
